I do highly recommend that any forms that are legally binding be vetted through your attorney and/or appropriate channel such as an accountant.

I have provided this as a service to my clients with the intent to accelerate their business success. I encourage you to "model" documents and add your own unique flavor to them. I do not recommend you "copy" the entire doc or concepts such as speech titles as this would be a violation of copyright. Add your own unique spin and make it your own.

This vault is filled with over $25,000 of intellectual property. As such, my request is that you please respect the work and do not forward any documents to any third parties as these are proprietary and meant only for UpLevel Private Coaching Clients and Platinum Program participants. Sharing any documents and/or products with people outside of UpLevel Clients is a strict violation and may result in the termination of your contract without refund.
